I sent in my box of post xmas returns. According to the tracking info it arrived to the Q on the 12th of Jan. That was 10 days ago and apparently they still haven't gotten to it. Usually it seems to take them about 3-4 days after they receive it in my experience. Are they that backlogged from xmas ?? anyone else have a return that hasn't been processed yet and seems to be taking longer than ususal or should I get worried and call CS I wonder??
