TSV Auto Delivery's Canceled

Q, I don't understand why you offer AD plan on PTR super-size combo's when they are the TSV and then cancel the the AD plan soon after. The email tells me you no longer support the product ---but we all know that you still sell PTR line! If he is going to offer super-size TSV's or products just to hook us for a few shipments and then cancel the great deal when we get started with the line, then I am done with PTR products.

He is still selling all the products I had on auto delivery! If he chooses not to honor the super-size combo's he airs then I would appreciate it if you let us know on air!

Why continue to make us believe we get a fantastic deal until WE CANCEL the AD plan when he isn't supporting the products he brings to the Q customer?
