Is anyone else having order status issue with the Le Creuset 6.75qt? I place the order and it seems to be in process. Then it directs me to Contact CS. I have contacted CS 5 times and they either change my shipping or my payment method. Or they tell me it's a site glitch. No one gives the same answer and no one can fix the issue. I don't know what to do.

I also received a Call CS message for Beekman, ordered later on 11/10, and I was told my credit card was declined. Funny how that same credit card was accepted a little bit later for another order. The glitches are not earth-shaking, but they do occasionally take up my time and energy.  I honestly have no advice. I feel sorry for the CS folks who do not cause the issues and often just have to put up with extra work due to a variety of glitches.
