Seems QVC has greatly improved their shipping time-lines.  However, wish they'd get a more accurate tracking service,  e.g., latest example:  ordered the IM TSV on Sept 15th, yet the tracking service has it delivered on Aug 18th!  This isn't the first time this has happened.

I often track orders 'cause you never know where you'll find a package not yet received.  I once found an order halfway down my front hill (actually neighbor saw it!) and I was gonna report it not received!  It's not only the Q's orders, once in awhile I'll receive a stray package from Amazon, e.g., it was marked delivered front porch (no picture), but walked around the property and found it 3/4 the way up the driveway placed against a shrub tree.

I just would like accurate shipping/delivery updates from all vendors.

Just happened to me. Checked on order that UPS transferred to Post Ofc yesterday (9/30). This morning status reads "DELIVERED JULY 1". Looked into history of tracking # and it starts out on June 27 in New Orleans!!  No I do not have package.

@eddyandme.  QVC  has absolutely nothing to do with tracking.  It's all done by the carrier, most of it by Newgistics.  The are a contractor which moves the shipments between UPS  and USPS  terminals.  When you see something delayed, an imaginative excuse or just messed up, it's  Newgistics.

Got that @Kachina624 , but QVC hires the carrier and should ensure they perform appropriately imho.

@eddyandme.  As with all shipping in the US,  the options are limited.  I think QVC has enough problems keeping their own house in order.  Tracking is a convenience, not a necessity.   I remember when you just waited for your package to show up, never knowing where it was.  Not that long ago.

Tracking information sent to me is never accurate. I always get the package much sooner.

@Kachina624  It might not be a necessity, but I receive tracking information for every online order. The information is always accurate.....except for QVC.
