I had several orders just hanging in limbo since the 13th 14th.  I never thought I would get them.  I had all three delivered today and one will be here tomorrow.   Thank You   Thank You

Glad someone recieved service.

I had an order out there for delivery first week of Dec --Christmas in July order. Did not get sent out and I emailed and I e chatted and talked to the social team and to Customer Service. No action among many. Finally one was able to get it going and it was to have been to the recipient on this past Monday. Imagine my surprise when I looked to see how the order was going on Saturday---cancelled. When I called they said essentially --too bad.

I had to run out to get a substitute gift at the last minute.

 

I am glad that someone had their items arrive.

@BalletBabe   The same exact thing happened to me -- four different items seemed to be in limbo with no movement for over 10 days.  Then they all appeared yesterday at my door, and the status page finally updated with "Delivered."  

 

I don't need to know how the sausage is made.  Just Thank You QVC and all the delivery people working very hard!
