I'm beginning to dislike that whole segment.  Shawn used to do it with Isaac.  Now she's getting Courtney involved and it's too silly.  They should pay more attention to describing the items better instead of  "this shoe is made of something really mushy (giggle, giggle, giggle.)"  Total lack of attempt to provide the facts about the item you are trying to sell.

Yep, they can't give measurements or pertinent information on the product....BUT they set the scene....

A woman, her name is Marion, saunters down the street on a bright sunny day, she's fashionably dressed and sits down in a sidewalk cafe in Paris...........whooooo makes you want to buy that blouse or pants in every color doesn't it....NOT!!! Woman Frustrated

Re: Story Time -- Who Are You?

Courtney really came into her own while filling in when Shawn was on leave. IMO she is great when presenting on her own but when teamed with Shawn they act like teenagers at a slumber party and I don't watch.

Yep, I compared them to two teenagers who found the key to their parent's liquor cabinet while the parents had gone out for the evening.....

I like Shawn and always have.  I know there are some that don't, but I honestly feel like she's trying too hard to be CK's BFF.  Now she's mimicking that silly teen talk and I can't stand it.  Totally, totally, totally.  I must be getting old.  Ever since they put those two together starting last Xmas, I find myself tuning out.

Re: Story Time -- Who Are You?

Courtney was fine and behaved as a professional host UNTIL paired with Shawn, who has been a bad influence with the "let's pretend to be teens again" attitude and mentality. Why Courtney would stoop to that nonsense is beyond me.

Really dislike this pairing. Completely agree with the teenage immaturity statements.

I really like Courtney...by herself.

I do agree I DO like Courtney K hosting by herself---she knows her products and gives good product details...
