Today the closing stock price of Q is 43 cents. Seems low considering they have been hitting the holiday selling hard. Opinions?

@Patriot3. Somebody posted last week that the quarterly report showed a loss of 6% (I think).

I'd like to know how other retailers did.

Well.....the weak economy doesn't help. Also, perhaps the low stock prices are from those who aren't all that into the kitschy shows and themes. Just my opinion, of course.

American economy is the strongest in the world.The quickest recovery from the pandemic, stock market at highest levels for last several months, lowest unemployment in years, jobs report has been great.

QVC stuck in a rut. With their continued awful programming centered around aging women featuring yelling, crude language, talking about body parts and functions,

it will stay in that rut.

ellaphantt. Sadly, I have to agree. What they're doing isn't working so they double up and do more of what customers don't want or like. Reference the long boring, tedious TSV repetitious merchandise, and hosts who think they're divas, are unprofessional and do as they wish, even threatening customers.

It's gotten old and people are sick of it.

It doesn't surprise me that they are struggling. They have been pushing the "Age of Possibility" for women over 50. The program called Menopause Monday was insulting to many viewers. They have lost their way.

The TSV's haven't been selling out. The hosts have become unwatchable. This is not an entertainment channel, it is shopping. Many times the items are not fully described and leaves people unsure. The colors are mentioned over and over with little detail.

I think they are trying to get customers to buy more but once you lose your base, it is a downward spiral. I use to watch but I rarely turn it on. Very sad.
