Still waiting!

Is anyone else still waiting on the Denim&Co heavenly jersey split neck shirt to ship? I ordered on 10/7 and it's still IN PROCESS! I "chatted" with a rep two days ago and she said she would submit a request to shipping that would take 3-4 days to process, or she could cancel order for me. Just curious as to whether anyone else has had same problem with this item or any item.
