What does that mean "request the desktop site" on your phone? I just go to website and don't use app.

@Sakuya  On an iPhone you click on icon in the top left (it's a rectangle with two lines below it) then click on the three dots at the bottom right; a page menu will pop up and you can "request desktop website".  It's the only way I've been able to access the forums on my iPhone lately.

I had problems all week with my iphone.  This morning I tried my mac, and it works. I will try my ipad next time.  I have no problems ordering from my phone.

I have the desksite for qvc and the other one on my phone 

I can only get the forums on the desk site one.  

But as i said before, I had problems till I swiitch to the mac.

Yes, I have the same problem with the qvc site on my Iphone as the others do.  Still have to scroll down to the bottom of the page to get to the site.  

Computer is fine. No problems when using it.

On my phone. The scrolling never fixed. Now a new wrinkle. No scrolling but I’m in full mode with no option to go to mobile. And full mode has no options except a big blank text box: no way to quote or add photos or anything. 🤨

Hi, I'm doing better bit by bit. I will tell the story on the other thread. I have one more surgery possibly 2. I hope all the kitchenettes are doing well. Thank you for asking.
