Yes! I’m still having the same issue. For a couple of weeks I just moved on, but then I finally realized I could scroll all the way down to reach the forums but talk about a pain in the butt! I haven’t tried my iPad yet so I think I’m off to do that now. Thanks for the idea!

I have had no issues on my iPhone or iPad.  I suggest updating your iOS or whatever the android op system is called.  If QVC did an update, your current might not be compatible.  This has nothing to do with clearing history or anything like that.

i only access it through  laptop....

i just check my iphone, YIKES!  i would give up as well!!

Yes on my phone only.  But once in...it behaves just fine.  I have an android

Yes, I am still having issues with the forum using my Android phone. It's really frustrating.

Yes I still have the scrolling problem. The tip to make it a little better is also gone. I use my phone.

I can't access the community with my android phone. I use my tablet just fine.

Haven't been able to get on with my phone for about a week, but my tablet connects.

I still have problems getting on it with my cell phone but not my laptop.
