Now I'm convinced the addition of Tik Tok has played havoc with our QVC experience!
It's not fair to us not to be able to find items by their numbers, not be able to load items in our carts, and not be able to check out.
I understand Tik Tok is THE place right now, but you won't find me watching it.
QVC should NOT forget their longtime customers. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! ![]()

I thought it was my tablet,everything was saying sold out. However I did download the qvc app and could get an order thru there

However, those of us that use rebate sites like myself would not be able to receive those credits when we place orders by phone/calling.

ITA! You can't convince me that this is just coincendence. Yes this has happened before but it's usually only for a few hours. I remember David before (on Sundays usually) has said the site is having issues and usually I find out a few hours later it's working fine again.

@Susan Louise Ok but that begs the question: Is getting a rebate more important than placing your order? Just curious as I don't use rebates. I often just order by phone with no problem but oh well.

Customers shouldn't have to call in an order. Nothing this place sells is essential so they should be wooing customers, not driving them away.
I don't think their website problems have anything to do with HSN. Why would it? They are and plan to remain, two separate companies. There don't seem to be problems with HSN's site.
I don't think it has anything to do with tariffs. They're selling what they have, or should have, in stock. Not what's arriving on some ship at some point in the future.
There have frequently been problems with this site, and with the orders. One glitch after another. Now they've been magnified to the point of impacting sales for more than two days.
They need to put their money where it's required of a good, reliable, secure retailer. It's gone past the point of being laughable.

I can't believe that it took me the better part of 45mins to order a shirt! Geez
