I found it. It's J-70181 Sterling 7¾-inch Send Me an Angel Charm Bracelet Auto Delivery, $36.25. Made in USA. It is indeed the one on the secondary market site specified. It looks like it was on QVC in 2000, maybe the November 19th Jewelry of Faith program..

@Pyrite2616  I'm impressed at how organized you are!  Thanks for posting the picture.  I was afraid to try and do so from the "other" site.  It was a lovely bracelet with different shapes for the charms which made it more interesting than if they were all the same.

It was in the November 2000 QVC Insider Magazine, that's how I know the date.
