Star Rating

Help me out here, how can everything that QVC shows on TV have a rating of four and a half stars? If you look the item up on the web site it may have only an overall rating of three or four stars. Some may even have a overall rating of five star rating but on TV it’s always four and a half stars. Why?

Because they don't even bother putting up the rating on most items, just those that get 4 1/2 stars. When an item reaches customer choice status, I don't even bother checking the reviews.
