what a wonderful, wonderful human being. He's lived life right as it seams.  Done well, and people just love him.  I really enjoy just listening to him talk.

I'm sorry I missed his retirement show.

Loved his zip up "dresses" (I used as summer robes)

May he find the best of retirement.

He has always seemed so gracious, lovely, and knowledgable. I would love to have coffee with him. Tonight I bought 2 of his sweater knit maxi dresses (A695750) which I will wear as nightgowns. Can't wait to get them.

Such a wonderful genuine man he is. Very vivacious and quick witted for a 97 year old man.  I also have one of his robes from many many years ago and I won't part with it. Nice to see him being honored and also saw him on later with Dennis Basso. What a character!

I wish him so well. I've always bought something from him, mostly robes. He always seemed to bring something he thought customers would love and they did.

God bless you,, Stan, and stay happy and sweet like you've always been.

@Still Raining, I know what you mean. Between SH's retiremement and Isaac Mizrahi's line leaving the Q, it does feel like that. Two talented designers and true pros in their field. Definitely QVC's loss, in my humble opinion.
