Hello All.....sorry for the abrupt departure.... I went out of town for a few days for a friend's birthday party....  No @seaBreeze  not in the glamourous site you pictured, but in charming....Fredericksburg, TX.........I was also having technical issues so couldnt advise there'd be no preview...
