I've contacted the social team three times today with no response. I'm surprised because they usually are very responsive. Anyone else having this experience?

Yes. Experienced something very similar. Contacted them a few weeks ago about an issue with an order. Took 3 emails over ~24 hours before I got my first response. Also long delays in-between before the issue was taken care of. Had hoped that it was a one-time issue. Perhaps not...?
Had to send another email today. Sent email to all addresses available, and haven't heard anything yet. It's been just about six hours. It's feeling like I'll need to follow up again, like I did with my previous issue. But we'll see what tomorrow brings -- hopefully a reply.

I think they spend most of their time on actual social media now. I see names we know from here answering questions on those platforms. Contacting them for issues was a good resource, but I can see why their time is better spent on socials. They do pop up here sometimes.

This is an "extended HOLIDAY" week.
A lot of folks add vacation days to holidays...to "stretch" their time off.

In my experience it is usually about a 24 hour period before receiving a response @Biftu . I don't believe it's necessary to try 3 times within a few hours. They will get back to you.
They have always been helpful and I would give them a grace period of at least 24 hours before following up with another email.
