Has anyone heard from the Social Team today? I've sent a couple emails with no response..They are usually pretty prompt..

Just an hour or so ago I sent a message to the social team, and I was given an answer very quickly....they are always very helpful.

I just forwarded the message to them again..and yes, they are very helpful....I also called CS but hung up after being on hold for 13 minuites

I may be wrong if I am would someone tell me. I did an exchange in size for a pair of Sports Savvy pants on line. I checked first to make sure they had my size. After 2 weeks I never heard a word. I mailed it back right away. I called and the rep told me that my size was not available. They would issue me a credit, I thought that when you did an exchange on line that the item would be put aside for when they received your exchange. I sent an e-mail to the Social team and they answered within 24 hours and apologized and said they don't hold the item for when they receive your return. Never again will I make an exchange for size or color becuse their is no guarantee you will get it.

@Rosebud 06 When I want to exchange something, I call CS first. They order the replacement, and say to make sure I return the original within 10 days.
