I put a set of bracelets in my cart and went back to pick another bracelet and added that to my cart all in a matter of maybe 2 minutes. When I went to check out, the set was removed and gone. OK. So maybe i put it in my cart and my mind is playing tricks on me. So I search for the bracetet set again and it's nowhere to be found. Kept trying to find it for 30 minutes and finally, there it is. I added it to my cart but guess what, it's on waitlist. So they ask "on waitlist, do you want it when available?" I choose "yes" ... sorry, this is sold out. Now I'm really really aggravated. So I try one more time, now it's sold out. What is the story??????

your story is funny but I can totally understand why u are annoyed--I would be too--think of all the $$ u saved!

I have never had this happen. Were they super popular or something? I guess I could understand them being "gone" from your cart if they were selling like hotcakes. I guess to inquire would be fruitless. I'm sure sorry this happened to you. Hope you aren't on "waitlist" long!

I've had this happen to me.....the only way to prevent that is buy it and then continue to shop....

I've never had an item removed from my QVC cart unless I waited over an hour to get back to it. HSN and Evine both grab things from your cart if the item is selling out. Perhaps your timing was off and it sold out right before you put it in your cart and the system just "caught" it?

next time just buy what you want express and then cancel your order if you change your mind later. my oh my did anyone attempt to shop yesterday! Wow for a minute I thought the merchandise was awesome or something I hadn't seen before I was so irritated I just donated and wondered why such limited quantities
