It took 10 days to get some Pur powder and my lug bag I ordered a few days ago says expected delivery 9/20.

@chiclet    As long as I can walk and drive, I will most likely continue to buy the majority of what I want or need locally.  Once I order something, I plan to be patient because I've already done my local searches.

I've been lucky though -  the estimated delivery I see when I order has been accurate 99.9% of the time.  Only once in the last 5 years was the EDD missed -  one extra day --  huge airline cancellations due to massive snow.   My extra day was no big deal.

@chiclet  I have had slow shipping with almost every company lately -- Chewy, Amazon, etc. It seems in my case that packages end up at a location and then sit there for a few days. My last Chewy order has been sitting in Kansas for several days after arriving there last week.

@chiclet

If you search for previous threads on Lug slow shipping, you will see this is a long time issue and it is with Lug since they ship direct.

My clothing orders are zipping out of the Q warehouses.  They do slow down some when they fall into the hands of the "shipping partners" who set their own paces.  Still, most arrive within a week

I ordered a Jimmy the Baker Muffin Assortment on 9/4 ... they shipped on 9/5, and that's the last anyone has heard of them.

UPS says an "Exception" has occurred and the delivery date "will be provided as soon as possible."

Do you think they'll be stale when they arrive, lol?

@SoX, If I were you I would contact Customer Service and tell them the food shipment went missing. Ask them to replace or refund.
