My last order was coming from the Ontario warehouse, it took 6 weeks to ship. I now shop at Amazon or ULTA

What I don't appreciate is when a TSV is ordered, and shortly after it moves to Advance Order. It was not mentioned in the early part of the presentation. I ordered the recent Joan Rivers shirt. I walked away, and checked later and it went into advanced order. 

The Q looses customers everyday because they are not being forthright.

@bellaartiste   agree with all !  I especially notice the advsnced order thing lately .   What really gets me though is when I want to cancel after a week being in process  I cant cancel .   once in there system like you stated  forget cancellation,  and I mean Ever !!!  Either ship or let us cancel !

I think often the TSV is scheduled but often doesn't arrive at the warehouse in time.  This must be a nightmare for someone at the Q.

International shipping seems to be in chaos due to the tariff situation, and it's not just QVC.

I need to remember all this BEFORE I order---at least from here--now I got an order from HSN on about 4 days---I was amazed---but one order took 3 weeks ---what really tees me off, is when you can't cancel those orders!!! Have a couple right now that were ordered a week ago and are still processing-----I also check other websites before ordering from here, usually--- can get them faster, for less and free returns. 😤
