I placed an order on 6/27 for a pair of Skechers that were in stock, not on waitlist. It still shows "preparing your order". What is the deal with that?!!!! And, of course, the option to cancel is not available!

Weeks, not days, is the norm.   This subject is discussed here  frequently.  A few get items right away.  many do not.

Why I see something I'm interested in I first check Amazon or Walmart, Macy's before I give in to QVC.

Sometimes , I just pay for it to get here faster that can light a fire under somebody's rear.

Re: Slow Processing Of Orders

I have experienced long delays on orders taking a week to be prepared for delivery and then another week for my order to be delivered. It is unacceptable to have to wait two weeks for orders to be delivered. Now I understand why Amazon is so popular!

Re: Slow Processing Of Orders

This delay in processing has been going on a while now. No cancellation once it is in their system.... ever.

What I don't appreciate is when a TSV is ordered, and shortly after it moves to Advance Order. It was not mentioned in the early part of the presentation. I ordered the recent Joan Rivers shirt. I walked away, and checked later and it went into advanced order.

The Q looses customers everyday because they are not being forthright.

Re: Slow Processing Of Orders

I placed an order on June 15 for the sheets TSV.  It's still in the processing phase. The social team looked into it and they said it was held up in the Ontario warehouse. I still see no movement. Heck. I could drive down to Ontario, get lunch and be home again before dinner and pick it up myself.

Sometimes, large groups in the processing centers are on vacation at this time.

I think often the TSV is scheduled but often doesn't arrive at the warehouse in time.  This must be a nightmare for someone at the Q.

International shipping seems to be in chaos due to the tariff situation, and it's not just QVC.

Lots of empty shelves in the stores around here...(and the stuff they DO have, isn't worth buying.)     di
