I live in Skechers so when my old ones started to go, I ordered new sneakers. I knew what size I wore so I shopped online to get the best price. However, I found that all the new models I ordered were way too wide. I wear a medium width but none of their shoes fit me properly. I also found that the new, softer memory foam made the shoes feel mushy...no support at all. So, I switched to Asics and New Balance for my everyday sneakers.

You need arch support in shoes not soft sides to avoid foot pain down the road. Also the description listed wide (WW) which is the extra wide width.

They did mention that the wide was EE and the medium would accommodate a wider foot...so how could a medium fit a medium foot?

I recorded the shows because I wanted to see the shoes (colors) at my leisure. I heard them repeatedly state that the shoes came in two widths which were equivalent to B (normal width) and EE (wide to extra-wide).
They also said that, if you were planning to wear these shoes with no socks or just thin liners, to go with your regular size and width. If you were planning to wear heavier socks, order up at least half a size.
I liked the look of the shoes but didn't order because I hate the hassle of having to return them, if they didn't fit. Not to mention the cost of S&H.
I've bought about six pairs of Sporto boots and shoes from HSN and every pair has fit exactly as I expected. I'm not sure why QVC can't get a handle on sizing issues. (I stopped buying Clark's years ago because their sizing for the same, exact shoe I could get in the Clark's store were completely the wrong size. I tried on some sandals at the store that were going to be a TSV; ordered them from QVC and had to send both pairs back! They were huge.)

QVC hires a company to monitor the boards for compliance the the rules and regulations, not to dig up CS issues. If the shoes say extra wide call and ask that your return postage be refunded.
QVC reps read these boards. Yesterday a poster complained about the terrible response she received from a CS rep. Within a short time another CS rep responded to her post and said she would help solve the situation that caused to poster to call CS in the first place.
