Has this always been how it is:
I wanted to do a review and was told this when I could not!!!
I ordered on the phone and never order as guest. NOT right in my opinion. What difference does it make by phone or site??? I still bought and buy.

I don't know. HSN operates as a completely different company and I've never placed an order from them over the phone, only online.

From what I've read for several years, HSN doesn't allow reviews until you've had the order for a couple of weeks.
I don't shop there, so I cannot confirm.

You are correct. I've received that response a few times when trying to review.

You must have had the item 5 days before you can review it. By the, I've forgotten all about it. That undoubtedly is why the OP was not allowed to review it.

I always place orders with HSN by phone - why? you ask. A very long story. Anyway, I've never been able to leave a review on the HSN website because of this. In a way, I believe this is a good idea because HSN can guarantee that customers have actually received the products being reviewed. I own several HSN products that I use and love, but I can't leave a review on any of them.
