@BalletBabe    There are too many of us, millions actually.  They probably can't afford it if they were in such dire financial straits they had to pull the new customer stunt.

@Kachina624  Possibly, but they could still give us a weekend or something.  If they couldn't afford it , then they should not have given such a ridiculous offer to new people. JMO

I take it you are upset about the free shipping since this is the 4th thread that you have started about it.

@Lucky Dog  Thanks for keeping track

More convenient &  absolutely more fun too to shop at retailers that offer free shipping, free returns, loyalty programs, coupons, good sales, etc.

@nycalady  It is also good exercise.  People are getting so lazy.  It isn't healthy to sit in your house all day.

What was the verdict that Carolyn G. kept saying about Q having a "special" something for long time customers? And I'm not talking about the ploy with Q card customers. That's not an incentive because most don't own a Q card and don't want one, so I wonder what's coming for us? Or has that been forgotten now. Maybe they're still pondering or maybe I missed it. Perhaps someone needs to ask Carolyn again because her "promise" was NOT for ALL long time customers like she said.

@iTalia  My remembrance was it was something like a virtual hug for all of us.

I do hope that they are actually thinking of something to thank their long time customers with.

I do remember many years ago getting the Thanksgiving card signed by the hosts but I never received the random grocery bags, coffee mugs or chocolate that some received in the last several years.

That was a different show where she said that. It's not even November yet! Frankly, I think this such a tempest in a teapot …

@iTalia    I think Carolyn back-peddled because the next day she was talking about giving old customers "hugs".  I may be mercenary, but just send me a big, juicy coupon and keep your hugs.

@kitcat51   Lots of free shipping this month but only with the use of the Q Card.

No Q card needed...I just bought a FS crossbody bag & I don't have a Q card."

kitcat51-There are items with free shipping. However, they're also making an offer for customers with a Q card for free shipping for which we do actually need a Q card.
