But there's no consistancy in their inconsistancy!  You order a product one day and lo and behold, you receive it in 3 days so you think things are looking up.  Next item ordered with your now improved sense of expectancy and uh oh, in process for almost a week.  Back to grumbling about shipping problems, a never ending circle.
