HNY everyone! I watch all the shopping channels and as many of you may have noticed, who watch ShopHQ they filed for bankruptcy a few years back and many of their show hosts and vendors have jumped ship and ended up at the Q within the last year. Melissa Miner is posting all kinds of memories on her fb page but has not addressed the fact as of yet is she is leaving or the networks days are numbered. Plus they are streaming many shows now and she no longer lists her schedule.

It was posted here a few weeks ago that they are going off the air soon and just maintaining a website.

Last few days, I have noticed lots of their shows on SHQ are reruns, it does not say LIVE in the upper right corner.

I guess we will see more of ShopHQ vendors and hosts on other shopping networks in the future.

I would never order anything else from ShopHQ! I ordered 2 rings from them early in December and they were junk. Returned them on Dec. 17th. They use Happy Returns now, so I had to just drop the items off at a UPS store. 

Even though both items came to me in one package and were listed on one invoice, they had to be returned in separate packages. So, I got charged $9.99 for each return.

On one of the rings, I received a credit for the second value pay and not the first. On the other ring, I have gotten no credit. 

So, I called customer service, and they tell me they only received one package. They opened a case, but, did not ask me for a copy of my receipt from UPS.

They definitely have problems!

@Sapphiregal    I bought one of those expensive watches.  It arrived broken and they put me through hoops before they would let me return to be repaired or replaced.  After I returned it I waited months for them to send it back but nothing was fixed avd they refused to credit me claiming they had fixed it.   I never thought they sold quality clothing or shoes so I never purchased.  After that experience,I'm not surprised they're going out of business

I bought jewelry from Shop HQ and Q back when prices and quality were better. 

Q is also gearing up for just streaming and online.  

All shopping networks are struggling and will struggle even more when tariffs hit.

Good to knowi had not heard i have a christmas purchase i need to return. I cant get past the return procedure when it says select which item i want to return..🤔🤔😬😬
