As several posters pointed out, QVC, like so many companies, has outsourced their credit card operation to Synchrony. You deal directly with them.
If you search through other threads over the last year, you will become aware of the problems encountered with the outsourced companies and how they do things.
I have had two major problems with Synchrony: review all the charges and credits, esp. if a late fee is charged. They may elect to not process your payment when received: they make money on the fees imposed.
