If they want you to buy more stuff, they should ship our orders reasonably fast, like every other company.
Now take today,as a Clarks lover,I might have bought the TSV or another of Clarks offerings,IF my Earthies had shipped .But they were ordered quite a while ago ,stayed in the process ,much too long (imo) and now have not really shipped at all but are waiting in the wings for some sort of pick up ,although it says they have shipped......
So, how can I buy another pair of boots when the ones I ordered quite a while ago have not arrived yet !!!!
Not good business imo! .......and I think that new younger customers will not stand for this ,like us oldies do because out of habit, we are used to shopping here.Young people want their stuff yesterday!
Actually,I live in NE NJ. not across the country!

I agree with you. I also purchase from HSN and notice how much faster itmes arrive. They also send a nice thank you afterward - something QVC does not do. I question how it makes sense to send each item ordered at the same time, coming from the same warehouse in all seperate packages.

I am so lucky. Between what I choose to buy and where I live, I get my QVC orders faster now than I ever did. Twenty years ago, I often waited 10 days or more - now anywhere from 2 to 4 or 5. When I wanted something yesterday, I shop locally.
I'd try HSN, but they just never offer anything I think I'd keep and I detest returns no matter if they are free..

Mine comes fast. Perhaps it is where I live.

Your location does make a differance along with what warehouse your order comes from. That being said, it does take longer than it should the majority of the time.

For me the TSV seem to ship out the fastest....I usually get my item in a couple days....

i live in redwood city, ca and ups has recently started making 1 attempt to deliver and if no one is home, the package is sent to a UPS Access Point. the location is @2 miles from my home and it is inside a jewelry repair store with limited parking and the area isn't so good. the access point has refused a couple of my pkgs and they were sent to a ups facility 2 towns away that is open m-f from 8-5. i work so getting there during this time is impossible. i've had to monitor my shipments and redirect to a ups store around the block from me. this is a franchise store and the employees are very nice, but i am not buying anything from them and my pkgs are taking up space in their tiny store. wait until
the holidays when numerous other customers are redirecting to this store. this entire redirect process adds 3-7 days to an already long delivery time. based on this i would like to see QVC ship vis usps or fedex.

Another reason I rarely order from the Q. I can shop for less money, less or no shipping, and quick service from almost anywhere else. HSN does TONS of free shipping.

I have moved several times and have never had a shipping issue with QVC. HSN doesn't carry what I want, other than vitamins, so that's not an option.
