I ordered two Dennis Basso items on the 19th, they shipped on the 20th, and I received them today, the 22ndWow!  Maybe the 10 to 15-days "in process" are a thing of the past!

OP were they clearance items? I noticed those seem to fly out the door quickly. Shipping has been par for the course on TSV, or normal items for me.

@ajsidney12   Yes, they were clearance items.  However, I have ordered clearance items in the past month that were in process for almost 20-days before they were shipped.

it's erratic - some things get shipped right away. but i'm still waiting to hear that Marc Fisher boots from 11/11 and a Susan Graver top from 11/13 have shipped - still "in process".  but CS says maybe the boots will ship in the next 5 days.  huh?  no ETA on the top.  i will pay particular attention which warehouse they come from.

Houston, you have a problem.

I placed an order on 11/10 with estimated arrival of 11/22 but the order is still processing.  Hard to understand.  There is something I want to order but have decided not to.

I placed an order on 11/15, shipped on 11/17 and I received it today. I was ecstatic! I noticed that it originated in Fontana Ca. and I live in the pacific northwest so that could have something to do with it.

both of my problem orders have now been shipped - both from Ontario,,CA.  1 1/2 hours away. i don't know if the problem is at that warehouse or w/QVC getting merchandise to that warehouse.   but at least the orders weren't lost.

there seem to be several problems: 1.  once orders are in system control over cancellation or shipping method is lost;  2. customer service has no real way to help customer with an eta or diagnosis of problem.  3. such bad judgment was used to make these warehouse changes during the busiest time of year.

i don't know how the Q is going to regain people's confidence.  fortunately i did all my holiday shopping early, but many may turn away in the coming weeks due to these problems.

Yes!  I agree.  I was so pleasantly surprised that the last 3 things I purchased from Qvc arrived in 4 days.  It was so fast that I hadn't checked tracking so I didn't know they'd gone out.  Good job QVC!

i don’t know why, but shipping miraculously is always much faster during the holiday season, too bad it can’t be that way year round!
