I am upset to find out that it now costs close to $10 to return an item to QVC.  This extra $3 on top of the return fees clearly marked on the return label has upset me.  As a long time QVC customer, I feel that the least you can do as a thriving company is pay the shipping to send your product to me.  I will no longer be purchasing clothes because you cannot be certain until you try them on if they are going to work. Also, please ask the hosts to not say "there is no risk here....send it back within 30 days...." Have the hosts add " just remember to add $10 if this doesn't work out".  Disappoints me. I have referred many of my friends and family to QVC over the years.  Those at the top need to remember what helped to make this network successful.....loyal customers. Thanks for listening.

@izabellasgrandmom  This is not new; the shipping rates changed about 2 years ago.  QVC depends heavily on the revenue from shipping and handling fees to balance their books, so though it would be nice, don't expect a reduction. It costs a fortune to mail something at the post office now. The $6.95 return fee on most Q items is a bargain.

Granmom .... in total agreement with you (& I no longer order clothes for that very reason).

Truly, it's also USPS's fault ... their cost for me to ship gifts to relatives is unfounded. Remember, the Postmaster general is under the control of the executive branch of our government ... that explains the high costs~!

Tell me about it --- I am returning 3 items of clothing today.  So that is a total of $15.95 I am out.  I have a love/hate relationship with liquid knit.  But I think I decided once and for all (for now anyway) that I have enough and don't need anymore.
