Shipping Saga

Here's a new woe in shipping sagas. I ordered 4 eyebrow pencils that Syaci Sheflin at HSN had for $10, each a few days ago. Two of them arrived yesterday in one package delivered by UPS. I just went in to check the status of the other two. There is tracking from California with a couple of updates, then the last one dated the 21st says, "derailment". I assume they're saying these were on a train that had an accident. Never occurred to me that trains were involved in shipping our orders, but they seldom come from the West Coast. Wonder if I'll ever get it?
