Shipping / Receiving Concerns

Ordered 3 items last week.

1st item arrived on Wednesday no problem. The next 2 items, according to QVC / UPS tracking were delivered. I have sat home the past 3 days waiting for these items. 1 - because they are very expensive gifts 2- because I desperately wanted / needed them for Christmas.

2 items SUPPOSEDLY delivered, yet I never received them. I checked with neighbors, and they did NOT receive anything either. I am now short 2 gifts for Christmas. This stinks!!

Not ALL QVC fault, I blame UPS more, but this paints QVC is a very bad light.

Customer Service was extremely helpful, but still, I now have 2 grandkids who won't have christmas gifts under the tree.

Please, QVC, fix your shipping problems or vendors!!{#emotions_dlg.blushing}
