@San Antonio Gal she's a story teller all right. I seldom watch her shows since I don't get the info I need AND the story telling is too much for me.

absolutely agree with you @Puppy Lips There is a reason I'm watching the show. Telll me the details ON the show. Don't make me chase the info I need to have to decide if I want to purchase it thru other means.

They used to always put up the bust/hips measurements on screen but that is now a random deal too. If the info isn't there for me during the presentation, they've lost a sale.

Shawn is never prepared for her fashion shows. That's why I stopped watching her.

@rms1954

What does your comment about Deanna have anything to do with the post?

Shawn on Style = chaos

Every one of her shows is chaotic and basically ensures the focus remains on her rather than a product.  She is always bouncing all over the studio or interrupting others with irrelevant stories. Please see "beauty revolution" on Friday nights with her frequently jumping into Rosina's presentations. SK was downright rude to the first vendor who had a brow product she was standing in her way as she as trying to apply to a models skin, SK was going to attempt to do the application on Rosina but it was the vendor's role to do it, and constantly interrupted her after she would ask the woman a question.  I am not sure if she has an attention span problem or she's just very self involved (read; narcissistic).  She really loves a mirror that much is for sure, they are on her sets regularly and she loves to gaze at herself in them.

She thinks, or someone is telling her for some silly reason, that she is some superstar and probably doesn't really need to do all of the product information because, don't forget ...she's a storyteller and not a sales person.

She also said the leather skirt came in regular and petite but never mentioned the lengths.  She's horrible on pertinent details.

@Kachina624  - Remember she's a storyteller.  She doesn't have time for details.

@San Antonio Gal @Kachina624 She's too busy "entertaining" us.

A story teller?!!!!  I would put her under a different category, one which needs a shovel and high boots, if you get my drift.

I think the mirrors are on set to show it’s ok to check yourself out and like what you see. Shawn is not the only one who demonstrates that. Courtney used the mirror Big time the other night for her Thursday night show, Get Ready with Courtney. She kept trying on items she was selling in front of the mirror. Believe it or not some people avoid mirrors, because they don’t like what they see. Sad but true. This simple technique the Q is using is to erase that stigma.
