This was clearly going to be a gag where Shawn shows the power of a magnifying glass she is promoting by looking at Chelsea's teeth.

She could have taken the high road and said something like " Chelsea, your teeth are amazing, no plaque at all"

But no, Shawn had to play mean girl and say something very nasty about Chelsea having plaque and you could tell instantly that Chelsea was mortified by her very real expression of hurt. 

Now, I am not a fan of Chelsea as a host, but no one deserves to be treated like that

I sincerely hope Shawn was reprimanded and perhaps Chelsea doesn't have to ever work with her again.   

Be better, Shawn.   You just showed what a really ugly person you are, even without the hair and silly glasses.
