It's ok to like Shawn, it's still a "free Country" (for now anyway).

Having gone through "the change", I can guarantee you that I did not come to "QVC" or any other shopping channel to get products or "bad advice" from hosts as when Shawn suggested to viewers to use a vendor's wipes "down there" and consequently the vendor had to correct Shawn and state that the wipes should "absolutely not be used down there". Calling Shawn out for bad or unprofessional behavior is not being "mean spirited" in any way. 

I agree with you that the "channel can be changed" and it most definitely is being changed!

Has she gone through menopause?  Is she a trained professional who has the knowledge to help women get through this very natural process?  Why are people listening to someone who is not qualified to give advice?

@Jeletta - Thats great that you received a response so quickly.  Also, at least to me, the fact that they mentioned Shawn and Mally shows that they actually read your email and didn't send a typical "corporate" type email response. You've done all you can do, if nothing is done about it, at least you tried.  Thanks for letting me know!

Why ANYONE would take a shopping channel salesclerk's advice (Shawn) for medical concerns is beyond me..SMART people take advice from their DOCTOR.

Agreed, if you don't like Shaun, don't watch her....I haven't watched her since she was on PM Style...she's horrible! I do agree with many that her menopause information was TMI. I do understand wanting to humanize the hosts, but certain topics should be eliminated in sharing. I also agree with the one post who said that Shaun's picture certainly doesn't want me to run out and buy those pieces, such unflattering content should be against the Q's policy.

I just saw this.  I believe they were talking about Carla's Dolman sweater when she did it.  Then had the nerve to bossily tell her to continue talking.  She does this a lot.  Picking at the vendors and models clothes, acting like she is trying to help them in some way.  Very annoying and irritating (I have actually seen irritation on one of their faces when she did this).  Then I was watching her present the Peace Love World Lace Up Cable Sweater and right at the 4:56 point there was an odd noise and she ran off set (don't think she came back either).  Maybe she is not so perfect as she wants us to believe.....There is just something about her I find disingenous.  I get really irritated when she talks about things that are so irrelevent and does not go over sizing.  What good is a host when they do not go over sizes and fit multiple times during a presentation?  Of all the QVC hosts, she is my least favorite.

Can you imagine the presentation of these items if the host was Jane T?  Scott Grimes and Jane would be too emotional and busy wiping away tears that the product would have to sell itself.

Doesn't everyone realize the higher-ups at QVC *want* Shawn to be as vulgar as possible?

Their promo for her show features an F bomb being dropped.  They intentionally feature that as a highlight.  Let that sink in.

QVC is going to live or die with this new marketing strategy and programming.
