@RescueLover  Wow, really? Do you really think a personal insult on live TV is some kind of "naughty" joke? Razzing someone is one thing, but a personal insult about someone or their appearance or lack of hygeine etc., is entirley different. If you think that's funny, good for you. it seems to me maybe Shawn needs a dose of her own medicine.   Someone needs to remark about her looks so she knows what it feels like to be embarrassed.   There are many things to say about Shawn's looks .   For instance the bangs hanging  in her fae all the time. Also her piled on makeup you can see with close ups.  She needs a good face exfoliate.

if she stuck thst tool in my ear without my permission she would not get far .    I would grab her hand and not allow it !.

@RescueLover, perhaps not, but I think your lack of recognizing and acknowledging an abusive work environment is displayed.

Too many times employees, especially junior employees feel they have no other option than to make light of uncomfortable situations. Play along to get along...and keep their job. You slap a smile on your face and move forward. That doesn't mean a work relationship hasn't been damaged. What was her alternative other than make light of the situation?

I find it increasingly incredible that some will continue to excuse bad behavior. Somethings are indefensible. This wasn't a case of someone not having a filter. This wasn't the case of someone being playful. It was a case of someone having a mean streak.

Shawn is not immune to having someone tell her things directly on air.



For example the Anastasia brow lady told her that she shouldn’t have had her brows tattooed on and the look on Shawn’s face was that of Pure SHOCK !!! 😳



And another time Damone, who is a brow expert told her it’s fine to have them tattood on,


BUT don’t use such a dark brow color YOU need to go lighter is all.



BTW I’ve tried MANY brow products and HIS ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST !!! ❤️

I’ve heard Chelsea during her presentations on Q2 tell the guest something shocking and when they respond to it


She says Nooooo I’m just kidding with You !! 😂
