Shame on you QVC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered A199767 on LT special. I got brown and blue. Received them today and guess what the brown one nicely package like new like it should be. Not the blue, one piece of tissue paper in it,corners of the leather bag all smashed. Unbelieveable QVC I thought I purchased a "new" item as it didn'tsay the purse was "as is" condition. Called corporate and the lady said "do you want to return it for a full refund", I said "no,I want and like the bag, and of course it is no longer avail. in the blue." So she gave me a $10 credit. What if I would have bought this as a gift and did bill to ship to, the person would have gotten a used, smashed leather bag. Oh my, I'm really dissapointed. Just had to vent!
