Yes, it's happened more than once!  Yet when I order an "As-Is" item .... it is actually 'brand new' most times.   Never should a customer receive a "return" item when paying full price no matter the condition.

 

I return with a "letter" of dismay ... so I DO NOT GET CHARGED FOR THE RETURN FEE.
