I ordered a new Susan Graver top. It arrived today and the body odor was next level horrendous. How can qvc take a worn, returned and horrible smelling top and send it to a customer like it’s new? It’s gross, unsanitary and not what I paid for. Big disappointment.

So sorry this happened to you.  I'd be enraged about it also.  Something is lacking in the return department to let this kind of mistake happen.

You should not have to pay return shipping & handling. Cat Mad

In all my 30 years I have never ever had that happen.  Could be someone just tried it on and returned it.

@Christina C24 - I have received used clothing items many times, but just wash them before I try them on.

In your case I would email the social team at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and tell them what you told us. Ask them what you should do. I'm sure they will help. Good luck!   Smiley Happy

@Christina C24 I'm sorry this happened but like @beach-mom said, wash it to see if the odor comes out. I'm sure you would have washed it prior to wearing anyhow. I always do regardless.

And as @rms1954 said, I have been a shopper since 1986 and never received anything that smelled as you say. I'm not saying you didn't but it is very rare. If you really like the top contact the social team, perhaps they will give you a discount.

Yes I washed it and the body odor is still there. I contacted qvc for a refund. It was definitely worn and smells like it was worn for 30 days. Thank you all
