I love the attempt at new QCard perks. However, it seems like they haven't worked out the bugs. I had the same experience as you with the Qcard discount today.By adding a coat to my order it increased my discount from 10% to $19.20. Since my order total was close to $200, I should have received the full $20 max. $19.20 is close enough for me but I agree, this was a disappointing experience.
