I have a QCard and pay it in full each month. I've had it for at least 8-10 years and have never paid one penny of interest. I order a lot from the Q and using the QCard makes book keeping easier on my end. By the way, for those who do pay interest, the bank who issues and manages the QCard (Synchrony Bank) profits from the interest, not QVC. I am thrilled to see new perks for cardholders.

@Starliteshine  - I agree with what you said about it being easier to keep the Q purchases separate as far as book keeping.  It's easier to keep up with everything if you order a lot.

@Puppy Lips   Any "store brand" card--QVC's, Macy, etc. encourages the user to buy more than he or she would if pulling cash out to pay instead.

That's the benefit the merchant gets.  There is no "kick back" involved.

I don’t know if this was mentioned I didn’t read all the comments. You can use the coupon code now. I tried it and it works for those who would like to purchase something sooner than Tuesday. I thought I would give it a try thinking it wouldn’t kick in yet but sure enough it worked.

@Lucylu12

Thanks for sharing that the code works now. I just saved 15.60 on an item I've been wanting plus free ship.

The blurb on the postcard did say something about it being valid on the 10th, so IDK what happened there.

De-lurking to say thanks for this thread! I used my code today and saved a good chunk (item was on clearance to begin with) and the $5.50 shipping charge as well.

I am not superstitious, but I am a little stitious.

[ Edited ]

I was going through my mail today and I saw the flyer/advertisement post card for this. I did not even read it in it's entirety, since I have not purchased anything from QVC since the first week of January.

Edited** to add that I went and took this out of my recycle basket, on the off chance between now and December, I decide that I want something.

Thanks for letting us know this 20% off worked today.  I was able to use it with the free shipping and 10% on Rakuten.

Re: Save 20% with Q card October 10

I tried to use the promo code for the 20% off offer, and received only 10%.  Opened a chat with customer service, and the rep was nice but could not get it to change to 20%.  After 20 minutes of this, I asked. her to cancel the order.  Disappointing experience.

Re: Save 20% with Q card October 10

@Miss Posie I had a similar initial experience but mine turned out for the better.  Before I placed the order, I noticed that I was given slightly more than a 10% discount.  I called Customer Service and, after some discussion and being on hold, I was told that they couldn't do anything yet since the order had not actually been placed yet.  I was told to place the order and then call back to request the full discount.  That is exactly what I did and did receive a credit for the balance of the discount up to $20.
