I am so impressed with Sam, the new host. She is a delight.  Informed, pleasant, doesn't tell stupid stories and can't beat the accent. Some of the veterans could learn from her. I hope she stays for a long time.

Just wait a while.  After she's been there long enough upper management will start in on her.  Maybe we'll be lucky.  They haven't changed Terri Conn yet.

I agree.  Sam is lovely, well-prepared, and a delight to watch.  She lets the vendor speak, and gives all the pertinent information on the items she is selling.  In addition, she has a great sense of humor.  Well-done, Sam.

If she was at QVC UK, they do a better job hiring and training than they do here.

Let's hope it lasts.  Some hosts were good in the beginning but in their quest for higher sales they started acting the fool.

@rms1954  Sams new to me also so I just checked the host pages and she's listed about 3/4 down in the 's's

Agreed.  She seems more like a relaxed, professional HSN host than a silly, hyper QVC one.  I hope she stays.
