I seriously LOVE Irish Days and look forward to St. Patrick's and Rose of Tralee days annually and always buy something or two. But only just noticed the "sales". The FAIRY DOORS (which I purchased last year and love) are on sale~!!

QVC's price $29/$42

SALE price $28/$40

Is Q Serious? I mean I thought I was seeing things. Don't get me wrong, a dollar off is a dollar off, but a SALE? I'm sorry, it's a tad insulting. Now that I've noticed, I'll have to see if this kind of "Sale" is throughout Q's inventory. I thought $5 off Sales were chinzy, but a dollar?? Seriously??

Re: Sale items?? Seriously??

Wow... a whole dollar... They really went crazy did't they? But now don't go losing your head and spending ALL that savings at once...

Re: Sale items?? Seriously??

$1 off is a "sale" on a $4 item. On a $29 item, to me $8 off would make it a "sale."

It's laughable, it truly is....

Perhaps I'll turn all that extra money back over to the Q by buying more!

Re: Sale items?? Seriously??

It does seem a tad insulting.

On the other thread on the same topic, I mentioned some items that are "on sale" for a generous 5% off.
