I usually put the morning show on as background when I am cleaning on Saturday. Every week it seems the hosts get more annoying. Today, they have added a bell for some reason I missed. Would love to know who thought it was a good idea I am changing the channel - probably not the Pavlov's response they were hoping for.

What's the purpose of ringing the bell? Anyone know? I agree it's annoying.

For whatever reason, the bell is not bothering me. The one I find irritating is when it’s football season and they keep blowing the referee whistle. I honestly don’t even know why that noise is so grating to my nerves.

I'm guessing the bell replaces the alarm clock buzzer which people complained about incessantly.  It's just a little ding, surely it won't ruin your lives.  Worry instead about the constant cackling and unexplained giggling which is much more annoying.

I must be turning it off more than I knew. Didn't even know there was a buzzer.

I believe they were ringing that stupid bell was to signify each time Kerstin or Jen made an outfit change, whether it be clothes or shoes. They were having a “contest” between each other. It and they were extremely annoying. Acted like children.

I agree the bell is so annoying. At first I thought it was one of my devices and was checking them all then I thought it was my Samsung TV making notification noises so went into my settings trying to make it stop.  I then saw Keirsten ask her producer if she was going to get a ring for something and I felt dumb for thinking it was coming from my electronics. I turned the TV off after that!

The whistle or whatever it is on the Kim Gravel shows means I can't watch the show.  The sound scares my dog to death!  Same goes for all of these other sounds they have deemed necessary.  So, even though I don't watch much QVC anymore, these noises are making me watch even less.  I did mention this before, and someone told me I should "train my dog" not to be afraid.  I don't really think that's the answer.  Maybe QVC should realize that a lot of people find these noises annoying and stop using them.
