I'm still having to scroll down after I read every reply or try to post 

 

If they haven't fixed this issue yet, I don't have much hope that they will. 

 

I think those pages we have to scroll through may be interferring with sales, too.

 

This is so frustrating!!!

Just spoke to CS and she didn't even know what BLOGS & FORUMS were. I told her to scroll down and explained it was similar to FB for long time QVC customers and many of us discuss Q products and purchases, upcoming scheduling of shows, price reductions and free shipping days.

 

Hope that I explained how sales must be affected by those scrolling pages since it's difficult to get on the main site and sometimes impossible to order online. She answered "Uh", so not sure this is even being reported to IT like they say every time I've called.

 

We're just being bypassed.

This Forum does not seem to be a priority for the Q.  In fact, we are lucky it still exists.

 

Not that long ago they announced it would be closing.  They may just want it to fade away this time.  Will be interesting to see if these issues will be resolved or not.

@Desertdi   I kind have just had it with mess. I have other things to do than wait to see if this is ever repaired. Thanks Di for the info though.

It's getting a little better this morning.

I had thought they were just going to let the forums fade into the sunset instead of telling everyone they would be shut down. But maybe not.

 

And I thought, if they do, I probably would not even look online or watch anymore QVC because most everything I've ever gotten has been someone mentioning on here about something they bought or talking about, It's true.

 

They can start all the social media they want including blogs, tik tok , online but I wouldn't watch. Maybe a Valerie show but then maybe not. Her prices now are just not attractive no matter how much she wants them to seem so.

 

And as so many have said, for a company this large, they should have spent some $ on competent IT people decades ago instead of spreading all the same products over and over on every social media and "celebrity" everywhere they could. 

 

I guess they will just keep on with their strategies that they think will be successful.

It really is hard to believe that IT people for a company of this size could be be this incompetent.
