scenario - a makeup presentation with a model seated. The host greats the vendor, hugs her IN FRONT of the model, instead of stepping BEHIND her. Also, completely ignores her like she's not there. Am I the only one that finds this incredibly rude?

I don't watch the makeup shows but I think maybe you worry too much!

I don't know if it's rude, but the hugging and kissing is tiresome.

The model was one that's been with Bobbi Brown for a long time. In my opinion, she looked uncomfortable. She was being treated like a mannequin. At least say hello to her.

The host is often rude to the OAP's which is one reason that I won't watch her.

Haven't watched Qvc live over month. Will say that I recall years ago hosts mentioned they had to take classes and so on to host. Might be time for Qvc back review 101 Etiquette social skills.

The models seem to often be treated as the hired help, as in maids seen but not to be heard. Yet, they're being asked in fashion presentations how the garment feels now & such. If they have to kiss cheeks, they could step behind her insteadvof doing so over her head as if she's not a person. I don't care for the kissing, I doubt they're doing it off air before they go on stage.

They are hired help.  They are there to model.
