Re: Rick and Alberti

Rick is Rick. Hasn't changed over the years. Alberti is fine when he's hosting alone and is the "star" so to speak.

Put him with someone else and he has a need to be louder, more giggly, more animated than his hosting partner in order to draw most of the attention to himself and away from his co-host. (obviously just my opinion)

Well, I have mixed emotions.  Rick and Alberti are much better than Rachel and Alberti, but I still can't get past Alberti laughing so much over nothing.

I like Rick and he did another good job w/Valerie tonight.

I agree with your point about this duo.  Can not watch Rachel and Alberti at all!  However I prefer Alberti host alone.  He does so much better and doesn't seem to 'fake laugh' so much!

I also like Rick and enjoy him hosting with Valerie.

Very true @shaggygirl .  There are hosts who do better hosting alone than with a co-host. Jayne comes to mind, along with Alberti. I can't pinpoint an exact reason, but I've seen it many times.
