@JONNYSBRO  Oh brother.  Dan Hughes and Jacque Gonzales were let go the same as these hosts, all of whom came back to be brand reps:

Carolyn Gracie

Stacey Stauffer

Gabrielle Kerr

Albany Irvin

Sharon Faetsch

My sole point was that of recent former hosts, Dan and Jacque have not returned.

@JONNYSBRO  Caroline Gracie was fired but she has come back as a vendor.

@elated @JONNYSBRO

I believe that the aforementioned were aid off (involuntary termination), rather than fired (for cause).

Speaking of fired hosts, both Shannons on HSN came back as mfg reps and Leslie Ann was rehired as a host. Suzanne Runyon was let go from Q and went right to HSN as a host.

There is Kristine Zell too, who, like Sharon, has been an HSN on-air representative. Bonnie Johnson is another. Wasn't Margaux St. Ledger a Plexaderm representative as well? I'm listing hosts that I suspect were let go at the end of a contract cycle due to low sales.

We’ve been meaning to do this blog for weeks and we have a news hook now: Apparently yesterday QVC staple Rick Domeier, age 65, said he planned to retire in December.

We’ve been trying to keep track of people who are stepping down from their roles at HSN, QVC and JTV.

Carole Brodie said she would no longer be doing her Rarities jewelry line for HSN.

Lisa Mason, an ex-QVC host, announced she was retiring and no longer doing a jewelry line for JTV.

And Linda Oehm, who did a gold and silver Imperial jewelry line for QVC and HSN, said she was retiring.

No doubt some of these women will return for appearances on the shopping networks, sometimes coming back as brand ambassadors, but there you have it.

And then there are some notable vendor returns. Laurie Feltheimer is back, now doing a denim line for QVC. And jewelry stylist and designer Michael O’Connor is coming back to HSN.

@Pyrite2616  You're right, I forgot former QVC host Kristine Zell now.  I do remember seeing her back as a brand rep once or twice on HSN. I don't think she lasted long as a brand rep.

I don't know (or don't remember) the other two hosts, Bonnie Johnson or Margaux St. Ledger.

Kim Parrish and Laurie Shore also left from hosting and came back as vendor reps

Margeaux St Ledger was a host on both Q and HSN but I may be wrong on that, but now she is repping linens on HSN. She also has her own biz in Philly as a floral designer for events.

I wonder when and to whom he said it.  I would think if he had said it publicly more people would know about it.
