I mailed a return to Q on or about July 23 with a prepaid Q label, still no indication of the return. Does this amount of time seem usual with the Covid situation? I've made returns before and seemed to take a week or two. Should I be concerned, seems like an awfully long time to me. Is this the new normal for returns to QVC? TIA.
