I am so sick and tired of QVC shipping multiple items in one box - from different orders. Then when I want to return say two or three from different orders from this same one big box...I am expected to do a separate return for each item in a separate container. WHERE am I supposed to get the separate bags/boxes to return????? I tried calling
CS and was told that I could not ship different order returns in one box/bag... I thought that I could. Am I the only one with this issue?? Lately QVC's quality is sadly lacking compared to what it used to be...but prices are getting totally ridiculous....

Actually, you can ship items from different orders together if they are going to the same warehouse. Just don't mix items that would go to different ones, causes a delay. I've done it several times with no issue. Check to see if you pay yourself is cheaper than the combined costs if you use the return labels. They will charge you for each return fee. It might be, but if I use the return labels I shingle them on the box so that the order number at the bottom shows. Tape the return slip to each item in the box. On the outside write how many items are in the box, and the order numbers. I cover all my bases.

@Roni. Who told you you had to return them separately? As long as they're all the same types of items like all clothing, you can put them all in one package. Pick one return shipping label and use it on the box. Make sure you include the order number for each item in the package.

@Roni I don't know why CS told you that you couldn't return multiple items from multiple orders in one package. I do it all the time (yes I return a lot but I keep a lot as well) and have been doing it for years.
I do however make sure to put the invoice of each item within the plastic bag that the article of clothing (I mostly return clothes) came in.
In addition, I use QVC easy returns. I send them an email letting them know what I am returning. I say what the item is, the item's number as well as the order number....give as much information as possible to make things clear.
I ask for a refund by the original method of payment and have not had a problem doing this ever. Once I send the email, I will hear back anywhere from a couple of days to up to a week and a half depending on how busy they are.
ETA: I actually have five items of clothing that I plan on dropping off to be shipped on Tuesday. I have everything packed up and ready to go in one box. They are from different orders and I will send out the email to the Q on Monday letting them know the items will be on the way back to them.

Heck yeah, if they came in one package, return them in the same package. I do. @Roni
I also return items together even if they did not arrive in the same package. I attach a return form to each item, put them in a box or a plastic bag and away they go.
I also save a few bags to return in so I have one to return in if I need a bag especially the ones with the self-seal strip. I also use return bags from other companies such as amazon. I'm putting a Q Return label on the bag or box so it all sends.

Sounds like you return a lot of stuff. You obviously aren't satisfied with QVC so I think your solution is to stop shopping with them.

She said she returns a lot "but keeps a lot as well".
I doubt she needs shopping advice.

Even if you return several items in the same package, I imagine they are charging a shipping fee on each item. There is no way for us to know, because we never get an itemization.

I just recieved 5 items from HSN in one box. I only ordered 2 of them & they had a computer glitz the night I ordered. So CS told me they wouldn't charge me for returning the extras. I have one order form. Turns out I don't like the ones I did order. I have a question. If I put them all back in this big box with the one order form, will they still charge me for each one even though they said they wouldn't, because I am sending the ones I actually ordered back too. Or if I sent the box back on my own, would they still try to charge me? I have never had this happen before! Crazy weird. They have already charged my CC. So I have to pay & wait for a refund.
